Alignment of Interests

Eagle Financial is compensated for advice, not transactions. Our compensation is based on a percentage of assets under management; therefore, our success is directly linked to that of our clients. By contrast, broker-dealers are compensated to sell financial products and can generally only offer advice that is incidental to the transaction.

Greater Freedom

Eagle Financial has access to a wide range of investments and institutional money managers, many of which are unavailable through broker-dealers.

Jack Ditt

Jack Ditt is a portfolio manager and Managing Director of Eagle Financial. Mr. Ditt has 29 years of investment experience. Prior to starting Eagle Financial in 2006, he spent 15 years with Legg Mason and its successor, Smith Barney. Mr. Ditt is a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served as a B-52 flight navigator. Mr. Ditt has an MBA degree from Louisiana Tech University and a BA-Economics degree from The Virginia Military Institute.

Bill McCollum

Bill McCollum is a Portfolio Manager and former Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. McCollum has 28 years of financial services experience, including over 22 years in the investment industry. He joined Eagle Financial in 2007 after five years with Morgan Stanley. Mr. McCollum is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Russian linguist in Military Intelligence. Mr. McCollum has an MS-Finance degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a BBA-Finance degree from Baylor University.

Westley Roderick

Westley Roderick is a Client Relations Specialist with over 20 years of experience in customer service and marketing. He understands the customer journey and brings a customer-centric approach to every situation.

His extensive experience in content development and social media makes him vital in marketing and creating content that supports Eagle Financial’s and its parent company, Wealthcare’s brand and mission. He also produces the Jack and Bill Show, Eagle’s video series for market updates.
