Eagle Financial Management Services, LLC

Investing may seem easy…until it isn’t:  too many choices, too much information, and too little time.  You don’t have to go it alone.  Let us help you navigate the investment environment.  We will construct and manage an investment portfolio consistent with your goals and objectives to grow your savings at a reasonable rate of return without undue risk.

Eagle Financial is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) Firm. We are advisors.  The entirety of our client relationships are subject to a federal fiduciary duty, comprising duties of care and loyalty.  (This is a higher standard of care than that for brokers and agents.)

Attention Charles Schwab Account Holders

You can hire us to manage your existing account. That’s right! Keep your account and account number and gain the benefits of professional money management and access to institutional investment products available through Schwab Advisor Services.

Alignment of Interests

Eagle Financial is compensated for advice, not transactions. Our compensation is based on a percentage of assets under management; therefore, our success is directly linked to that of our clients. By contrast, broker-dealers are compensated to sell financial products and can generally only offer advice that is incidental to the transaction.

Greater Freedom

Eagle Financial has access to a wide range of investments and institutional money managers, many of which are unavailable through broker-dealers.

Greater Independence

Eagle Financial is an independent firm and, as such, is not subject to the influences of ``in-house`` research and products.

Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) are fiduciaries, meaning that they are legally required to act in the best interest of the client. *This is a higher standard than the standard of suitability required of broker-dealers.

*SEC Rule 202: Broker-dealers are required to disclose that they are not fiduciaries, brokerage accounts are not advisory accounts, and their interests may not always be aligned with their clients’.

Eagle Financial is an independent firm and, as such, is not subject to the influences of “in-house” research and products.
